Pandan “the Vanilla of SE Asia” adds a slightly grassy and sweet aroma to our rich and creamy ice cream. We use pure pandan extract from Malaysia (no artificial flavours or colours like most of the extracts you find in Canada), the flavour is subtle but delicious. 

Ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, skim milk powder, pandan extract (pandanus leaves, fructooligosaccharides)
